Fine print, up front: prices are per user with a minimum engagement (small plans start around $600/month). A "user" is anyone with a company account and computer. Hardware and Microsoft licensing are billed at cost — we show you the invoices.
Something's broken and you just need it fixed. Remote or on-site. Most clients on hourly convert to a plan once they see the math.
The full CIS-based scored review with red/yellow/green report. Credited back in full if you sign any managed plan within 30 days.
Backup subscriptions are purchased directly from the vendor in your name — we recommend, configure, and manage them. The DR runbook and monthly restore-testing are standalone services or included in Protect. Details.

Managed plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Onboarding has a one-time setup fee that depends on how much cleanup your environment needs — quoted flat before we start, and often $0 on a healthy network.
Anyone with a company account and a device they work on — including you. Shared kiosk or point-of-sale machines without user accounts are counted as devices, priced lower. Servers are billed as devices too — a flat per-server charge, typically $100–150/month, since a server carries the patching windows, uptime responsibility, and recovery complexity for the whole office. Windows Server licensing and CALs are billed at cost like all licensing. We'll map every user and device during the assessment so the invoice matches reality.
Hardware — including the storage that local backups run on — is purchased by you, to a specification we provide; anything we do procure on your behalf is passed through at cost with the invoices shown, and licensing works the same way. No markup games. Backup subscriptions are the cleanest of all: you purchase them directly from the vendor in your own name at list price — we recommend the right product, handle the entire setup, and manage it from then on. The account and its data stay yours no matter what. What you pay us for is the setup, the monitoring, and the monthly tested restores (bundled in the Protect plan). During the assessment we'll also right-size licenses you're already overpaying for; savings there often offset a chunk of the plan.
The fit is the goal, not the number. If Protect is a stretch, we start you on Manage and layer security in later, once you've seen a few monthly reports. Prepay annually and take 5% off. Registered nonprofits get a genuine discount — Microsoft cuts us a break too. What we won't do is quietly shave the price for the same work: the number matches the scope, so we right-size the scope instead. And if a plan isn't realistic yet, hourly break/fix is always an option — plenty of our managed clients started exactly there.
Yes. The minimum engagement (around $600/month) exists so plans make sense for both sides. Below that, hourly break/fix or a one-time project is usually the smarter spend — we'll tell you honestly which you are.
