Explore this service →Fires, failed drives, and ransomware all have one thing in common: businesses with tested backups reopen, and businesses without them don't. We build recovery that works before you need it — and prove it works every month.
Microsoft 365 does not back up your data. Microsoft keeps the service running — but deleted items purge after 14–30 days, and a hacked or malicious account can wipe mailboxes and files permanently. Their own shared-responsibility policy says recovery is the customer's job. Most owners don't know this until it's too late.
We inventory where your data really lives — servers, workstations, Microsoft 365, that accounting PC nobody mentions — and ask two questions: how long can you be down, and how much data can you afford to lose?
Microsoft 365 backup goes live first — usually day one. Then image-based backups for critical machines onto storage you provide to our spec, an encrypted offsite copy, and alerting that pages us, not you, when something stops succeeding.
Every month we restore something for real — and every quarter we restore an entire machine — then send you the one-page proof. A backup nobody has tested is a hope, not a backup.
What's protected and where it lives, step-by-step restore procedures, where credentials are kept, who calls whom, and your insurance policy number. Printed, bound, and handed to you. In a real disaster, nobody remembers where anything is — the runbook remembers.
Email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams — retained and recoverable even if an account is wiped. You buy the subscription directly from the vendor in your own name; we recommend the product, run the setup, watch the job alerts and subscription health on any monitored plan, and verify restores monthly under the Protect plan.
Full image backups with offsite copy — any machine restored exactly as it was. Subscriptions are vendor-direct in your name, and local copies live on storage you provide to our spec. Servers are quoted by role and data size, since a file or application server carries more than a desk does.
Design and deployment quoted flat, and the disaster recovery runbook as a standalone project with annual refresh.
The free assessment includes a backup reality check: what's covered, what isn't, and whether a restore has ever been tested.
